That means that you will find them active during fall, winter and spring. Lake fish will be found during daytime. That is when they are most active. The best time to go fishing for them is the early in the morning and late in the afternoon. You can find them in shallow water.
Different equipment is used to catch different fish. Crappie fishermen equip themselves with live minnows and jigs. Deep water crank baits and spinner baits are used for active fish. You will have a great time fishing in Ray Hubbard. It is a truly great place for fishing.
